Perhaps a sticky thread up top for fixes/patches would be good... seems the news got around on social media about how to fix the issue, but no word per se from an official source. Would probably reduce some of the support tickets too!

I'm not using NVI, only have NCP set to run in max performance mode... I'm trying out the newest beta drivers after a clean install using DDU and this may be working.

Aye, I'm doing that today... if you use NVidia could you perhaps check what drivers you're using? It is only with the Tu154, yes... definitely something within the VC that is causing it to crash sporadically.

It actually just seems to be iffy in all situations now, for some reason it crashes my display driver - I'm using NVidia driver 364.51 and it will black screen my monitors and crash. It is really hit and miss unfortunately so it's hard to track a single source of the issue.

That was the key! I was loading the aircraft strictly from the main menu, with your advice I loaded the Piper Cub first, switched to the 2D view, loaded the Ty-154 and switched to VC with no crashing! Though I still can get a crash if I resize the window any... will have to watch out for that. Thank you, Kris.

Same, no go with this bird however...

I saw a post on their forums about it working in P3Dv3, but each time I load it and switch to the VC - the computer freezes and the display driver fails. Has anyone had success in running this bird? I'm thinking it's a gauge issue but I've not found the source as of yet.

Check in the GTN configurator that the "Autopilot" entry is set to Nav... this was my exact issue.

I was a loadmaster for the DC-6, C-46, and EMB-120 for 6 years at Everts Air Cargo in Alaska... don't think that'd help much though. :-(

I think you're seeing an abnormal effect actually... because if you notice, every light in the video including the runway lights are flashing or pusling to some degree, heat could produce this... or something wrong with his camera. Notice the nav lights are also "strobing" lol! No 777 that I know of operates with any sort of wig-wag system, including LH Cargo's 777s.

I have been following this topic for a while, not only do they admit to stealing other developers models... they also go and tell those developers to bang their heads against a wall if they're frustrated! UTT should be publicly shamed for this obvious breach of ethics and their downloads I feel should be removed from AVSIM if any exist. Absolutely ridiculous!
