it depends on the quality of your chip ( how good luck you have in the silicon lottery ) and cooling ,the span to get a 6700k stable with 1.425v  is 4.6 - 5.0 ghz  depending on chip quality.

Westman.   Finally more than 4.7 GHz can’t handle it, the PC shows blue screen and restarts.

4.7 Ghz fine and 1.425 volts cpu temperature max goes to 62 Celsius.

My PC is just for P3D4.5 exclusive so I think with CPU 4.7 Ghz  and my GTX1080ti is ok for now.
