Nothing I wrote directly addressed the question of release date!In your OP you stated, "There are many things that the devs have not yet completed, and they have 11 months to go," implying that they have 11 months available for continued development.I questioned the length of time remaining for "development," and outlined what I think is a more realistic time frame of perhaps "four months" for continued development, with the remainder being devoted to testing/tweaking/refining... ;) Fr. January 13, 200620 yr As a customer I am looking forward to a sim that will take 2004 and make it better, in whatever subjective way that is defined. I'm sure it will be better for me, and I love 2004. It's gonna great, great, great! As a developer I hope for timely SDK's and new areas for customization, because of increased textures (number of-) and other enhancements and additions. One thing I TRULY hope for is the ability to completely refresh scenery with the flick of a button.Looking forward,Dasher7
January 14, 200620 yr Hi,You can refresh your current textures, but you cannot introduce new textures without exiting and restarting FS04.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannersupporter.jpg

After all, at some point they have to burn DVD masters and commit their baby to retail.
