September 18, 20196 yr For weeks, I have tried without success to log in. I know I have an OK insider account because I have just received an email re: alpha testing If I try to log in I am told to create an Xbox profile, which I don't need but I click "accept" anyway. Then I see a revolving circle of green dots for a few seconds and finally a message that an unexpected error occurred and try again later... This is rather frustrating. Has anybody else got this problem? or better still the solution? Thanks
September 18, 20196 yr I have the same problem under Win 10. I use Firefox and tried Edge with the same result Gave up in the end. They can call me when it's released. David Porrett
