    "Active" is not used in my country, the runway is positively identified. On a perfectly calm day at a non-controlled aerodrome, which runway is "the active"?

    I said nothing about owing anyone anything. I merely stated that I am undecided about supporting them if they come to MSFS. Not sure where you got that idea from?

    Yes, it's starting to become a major turn off. I have long supported FSL in particular but will seriously reconsider whether to if they eventually come to MSFS. Their attitude is questionable.

    I've instructed in them and the stall is nasty to the point that an inexperienced student could easily find themselves in one of those spins by slightly mishandling the recovery.

    I won't be partaking but will be interested to hear whether they have replicated it's nasty stall characteristics.

    Yes, to the point that they will argue with people who actually are experienced real pilots and tell them they are wrong 🙄

    I don't see anyone whining. This is the problem today is that any non-glowing comment in any area is considered whining or hating. People need to harden up a bit.

    I can envisage them going the way of Level-D and that famous last shot of their 757, only to be never heard of again.

    I think the explanations were somewhat long winded for educational purposes - a reciprocating engine is not that hard to start although some background knowledge always helps.

    As a practising marine pilot of 20 years experience it is exactly right.

    As a CFI the engine schematics look good enough for real world training
