Run Disk Cleanup to free space, and then try running Flight Simualtor again.']I have 2.62 gigs of ram and I have 2.1 of it avaliable right now... and I have 72 gigs of space free... whats going on :( I really dont want to reinstall FS9 because I have lots and lots of addons that I dont feel like reinstalling :(Thanks
September 6, 200619 yr Ok....I just had this nightmare a few days ago and iw as going out of my mind. I had lots of suggestions and I eman lots. the problem for me was that my system would "run out of memory" only after long flights...like 8 hrs, so you can imagine what i had to do to try out a new suggestion! Finally, I got a result. It was to do with some maskclapm or something setting in the Terain.cfg, which is loacted in your main FS9 folder. First before you do that (and i am srry for being vague here) do a search for my post and look for my username: psouthan and the title "out of memory after 8hrs.." that sh9ould find it, then read it and see if you can find a solution but I strongly suggest you try the one I mentioned first, you'll have to read the post to get the specific details of what you need to do to your terrain.cfg, by the way the frame rates got a lot better after it.Paul

September 6, 200619 yr Author Whatever you installed recently... uninstall it and try it again. If it was a scenery... just uncheck in the scenery addon screen and restart FS9. I don;t believe you have to uninstall the scenery.Manny Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
