Hummm....sounds like the same problem I have experienced in FS9, andit generally occured in the KATL area....My recourse was to use the go to the flight planner, re-enter theflight plan but click "No" when asked to move to the start field.I could then get ATC's attention to open the "new" IFR flight plan. Paul
