I use LINDA to program Honeycomb yoke in P3D v4.5 HF2. It works well for buttons and controls. I have used it well for A2A aircraft. Suddenly a problem arose. There is a conflict with the speed dials that A2A uses Shft-2,3,4,5,6,7 which is the default P3D command for the dispay panel window. Using desk top keys does not work. Not holding the pause key P works. If I use the backup on P3D modules folder and where LINDA is installed but no A2A aircraft then A2A shortcuts with shift-X work. How can I find out how LINDA conflicts with the default "Panel Window X (display / hide) in P3D.

I use LINDA 3.0.12c

did you assign any keybort press via LINDA? 

Can you post your config-hid.lua from Linda-cfg of any of your A2A folder?

Ok, thank you!. I understand your wondering. For the moment I have nu throttle (used a CH yoke earlier) and have used the top har button to in/decrease throttle an the in/decrease prop pitch. Rather unusual solution I can admit but it works well in the absence of a throttle. I hav the Top Hat function in Chaseplane.

Are there any other assignments active, e.g. FSUIPC or P3D?

Do the keys work when the yoke is disconnected?

You can log any key press or button via FSUIPC (non axis events)
And can you explain the P-Key thing?

The buttons starting 301 normally refer to a HAT switch and should not be used for those listed. It is possible that this is related to those Honeycomb buttons that FSUIPC is reported not to recognise. 

OK Thomas I tested your config in my sim and could not find any faulty function with the shortcuts.
So I think it is nor LINDA who makes this problem.

But I have no chase plane, maybe you should investigate in that direction.

 

Thanks Roland for all help. I think now that I'm starting to get order on LINDA. When you start using it is a little trial and error. I have started over from the beginning and then it seems to work better. I still don't know what caused the problems with the pop-up windows. I also removed the link to top hat on the yoke.

Glad you have sorted out your problems. HAT switches used for Point of View (POV) are best setup in FSUIPC under axes.
