Down Again.... This is twice in one week.... Might have to dust off the wallet and get a payware ! Really enjoy live weather ! Any suggestions on payware ?

I'm tempted. But I've spent too much on payware. I'm going to wait a few more days. It came on for a few hours then went back down.
