I realised this morning that the pax configuration for all three models B738, B739 and B739ER is the same for all: 180 in economy class. 
 

Is there any way to change them?

It's actually 190lbs, not 180. (86kg for the metric folks)

I believe that he's talking about the # of pax, not how much weight is added for each one.

And I do wish that we could adjust them as needed for each livery.
