Trackhat Proile for XPlane 11

I can't setup a working profile for XPlane 11. I have posted in their forum and open a ticket since 12/2/19 with no reply. I read they have good support. Are they still in business? If anyone hear can tell me were to get a working XPlane profile. I would appreciate it.
