Replace "mcasoftA3X.dll" in \Prepar3D v4\MCE dlls\

With new dll, whenever he can't read S speed, it defaults to 170 knots minimum. New dll already in latest official release.

 

Unfortunately I still get the "speed too low for flaps up" at 230 knots.

For now, dll will just return 170 knots when Fo tries to read "S" speed.

When "mce.exe" is updated later this week, no checks will be made when speed is above 190.
