I rolled back to 419.67. XVision's sharpening is, if anything, more effective, IMHO. That's a shame you are not seeing results pleasing to you. For myself, this has been the best driver series, I have ever seen from nVidia. Far from introducing stutters I have picked up 3-7 FPS across the board, both in XP11.41 and PD4.x I have the nVidia Sharpening filter engaged for both of them...and the result has been absolutely stellar. As they say, there are so many variables across all user's systems....what's in them, how they are feature-managed...the all of it. Of course, that will always affect results. Again, for myself...the best thing since sliced bread. I'll never run into the future without this feature set as 'on. 🙂 Edited December 24, 20196 yr by Sesquashtoo
December 25, 20196 yr Yes, slightly disappointing but most likely due to my setup. There are still a few little stutters with the old driver, but increasing the number of flight models lessens it somewhat. Hopefully, Vulkan will resolve stutters for everyone, but it might also bork XVision, so the Nvidia sharpening feature could come in very handy then.
