Hi Doug.I will take your advice and read the roundup test. Many thanks.Rex

Hi Rex, I am of the "Glass half full" variety and I have played with the demo checked that what the nay sayers are rambling about is the usual baloney as evinced by the introduction of earlier flightsim versions and most modern games. I decided to leave the demo alone as it only gets me frustrated because the retail is not due for release in Oz until 26 October. I use trackir and mouselook is not the same. So I will wait patiently until I get my hands on the retail. But I was pleasantly surprised at the performance I got in the Demo without tuning I remember that when FS9 was released it was some time before I managed to go beyond the 13FPS mark and I had a current machine then as well. BTW my handle "Yellowjack" came from a RAF aerobatic team my name is not Jack. I had the pleasure of being the one and only airframe fitter for the team and "Yellowjack" was the team's call sign (we had 9 Yellow Gnats on the team). 64 next month eh! The ink on your pass is not dry yet. I have 6 months before I become an official wrinkly. :)John
