January 12, 20206 yr I have trainer version 2.5.0.0 installed (at least that's what the Garmin Trainer shows when I run the trainer), which appears to correspond to v6.62.1, however the RXP GTN 750 shows currently installed software: SW Version: 6.62.0 TRNG; Reality XP 2.5.21. What's really interesting is that when I open windows 10 apps setup, the installed version of Garmin Aviation Trainers is 2.4.0.0. What have I done wrong? January 12, 20206 yr Hi, You've done nothing wrong! There is nothing wrong to curiosity unlike some saying!! The trainer comes in several individual components like you can see here: What you're downloading is either the smaller bootstrap installer which further downloads the components, or the all-in-one installer. NB: the RXP GTN software installer downloads the bootstrap installer automatically. The Garmin Trainer installer version is the same as the Garmin Launcher version. Components however have their own. For example Garmin has just released a new bootstrap installer v2.6.0.0 which includes the same GTN 6.62.1 and updated databases (see the post above for direct links!)
