The FO selects the pitot heat to ON although it is set to AUTO when doing the before taxi procedure on SOP 1. 

Also on engine start procedure, the FO leaves the lower DU blank and not on the engine page.

Forget some issues

The Pitot is deliberate.  There's an Auto position, but most airlines turn it on even if there's an auto position.  We debated this in an earlier thread.

The lower display is very difficult to control with the current SDK.  We can't reliably and accurately set it.  The FO is rather "blind" in that area.

I asked PMDG to update their SDK so we can have better control of the lower display...  we'll see see if they do anything.
