I need help with my new CPU

Featured Replies

Good evening to all,

I got a new CPU today, an Icore 9 9900KF, but when I check on XTU, I see that I have almost permanently a "currrrent-EDP limit Throttling" that I have no idea how I can remove. If nay one as an idea, please let me know, I am puzzled.

The Mobo is an Gigabyte Z370P D3-CF, bios version F14

Thanks a lot for your help

Cyrille

I can't really help since I have been sticking with ASUS motherboards and BIOS for years...but TDP Throttling is certainly a power issue, and I see an "Advanced Power" tab on that page.  Your answer probably lies in there.
