October 10, 200619 yr Would like to suggest a one thread or sub forum for bugs for the folks at ACES to review and do what they can for the next patch. I am not talking about frame rate issues.1) Pilots log book. I notice its in binary format and not editable from within FSX. I did a couple of flights and it automatically makes an entry in the book which is great, however in one instance it did not record the departure airport only the arrival. There is no provision that I could find to correct this. Furthermore if its in binary could we have an export option so that users can print the log book? What is to become of the FS9 logbook?. Previously we could carry it forward and keep it going. That seems not to be the case anymore and I am sure like myself users have a few thousand hours recorded2) Whenever I click on any autopilot button like HDG hold or VOR hold the screen flashes and freezes for about 15 seconds and displays a lot of artifacts. Could be a driver problem but thought I would mention it. Using current ATI drivers X700 pro pci express...Thanks Bill
October 10, 200619 yr Author 3 more things ive noticed is that:1 - after alt-tabbing back and forth from the desktop my vc gauges/switches are no longer clickable.2 - no raindrop on winshield effects (seems to not work in both 2d & VC)3 - some of the general menu settings may not stick...such as atc text still showing up even after ive unchecked it.Dave Dave Kalin Excel Classes Computer Lessons

October 10, 200619 yr I guess not too many bugs to report :-) good sign. But I will mention a two more for what its worth..1) B737-800. Setting the autopilot to climb out with a vertical speed of 1800 feet per minute does not always work. The speed varies from 600 feet to 1800 feet. Have to keep playing with the dial to get it close to the setting. Same for descending. Have not tried other planes.2) Did a shift P and the tow truck had trouble hooking up with the front wheel and drove under the 737 and tore a nice hole in it...just kidding but it passed right through the under carriage..Bill
October 10, 200619 yr Author ...continued4. Multiplayer - always places me on the active rwy instead of the parking spot i chose from the airport menu (only tried it at KFRG)5. Flight Director glideslope bar in 737 reacts in opposite direction than it should when trying to follow the glideslope on final approach (if you are above the glideslope the bars are going up instead of down) Dave Kalin Excel Classes Computer Lessons
