Help with GTN software updates

Featured Replies

Hi I recently purchased the RXP GNS 750 and have it installed ok.

I recently had an update message and downloaded a zip file (rxpGTN-FS) that had exe in there.

I ran the exe rxpGTN-750-FSIM and when running the sim it says my SW is 6.62.0 and RXP is 2.5.22

I am however not seeing the latest database as expected, can someone point out what i am doing wrong and how to update correctly?

At this stage all i did was run the application and expected it to overwrite any file necessary, was this the incorrect method?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers Barra.
