Prepar3d V4 shuts down at PMDG 747 take off

I appreciate if anyone can read the log of the crash and let me know what is causing the prepar3d to shut down I was flying PMDG747 just downloaded the updates yesterday and worked fine today it crashed

Does the crashes continue when you shutdown Windows and restart Windows? 

The exception code indicates you did something while loading the aircraft.  You were inpatient.  If it is happening at shutdown, then you need to go into your settings and make sure Prompt on Exit is enabled.

The AVSIM CTD provides several other known fixes (well they worked for others).
