February 8, 20206 yr I managed to reproduce the invisible LINDA problem today running @burns modules folder (by mistake). After a number of tries to reinstate my backup /modules, I found I needed to install the latest versions of LINDA (3.1.0) and FSUIPC5 (5.153) along with manual edits to the LINDA-gui.lua file (window position) to get LINDA to correctly display. It is always good when you can reproduce a reported fault. February 19, 20206 yr With win10, why can't I copy my backed up copies of module/ Linda and module/Linda-cfg back to the new install? Same user, but it says permission denied. And Linda is no longer talking to P3D. I'm making negative progress! FSUIPC talks to P3D but not Linda. Thought I had it fixed but I was wrong. Running Linda 3.1.0 with fsuipc 5.153 and P3D 4.5.12.32097 under win10. Edited February 19, 20206 yr by burns
February 20, 20206 yr You will need to adjust your Win10 permissions to overcome the copying issue. I will need to see the logs again to see why LINDA is not communicating through FSUIPC to P3D. Please ensure you have LINDA 3.1.1 installed and activate the Maintenance / Fault Diagnosis Mode.
