On a number of ChasePlane videos I have seen, the author starts with a slow rotation around the outside of a parked aircraft.

Or does a similar rotation with the aircraft in the air.

I haven't been able to find instructions on how to set ChasePlane up to do that rotation.

I am assuming Cinematic mode is being used.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

It is Cinematic Mode. You can tune it to your liking in the Preferences and you can enable it using a Control Assignment or via the play button at the top right of the Camera page.
