I have this problem too.
But I never understood how it can happen.
25 minutes becomes about 30 or more
Even if I launch fs2crew immediately and then, without touching anything, I check the time: already the first minute is longer.
I have recently updated to ngxu version and the issue is still there (SOP 2)
Really, I have no idea how it can happen.
The only idea I have is that my processor is poor for p3d, i know 😞 (i7- 6700HQ @ 2.60Ghz) and struggles to keep the correct time 🥶 (Ram 16gb)
Anyway ..you Bryan should tell us why it happens...☺️
In the meantime, the only suggestion I can give you is to give the opportunity to decrease the 25 minutes count before starting, as there is already the possibility to increase that count before the start.
In this way, I can set 18 minutes and everything should go smoothly...in effective 25 😏

I know there is the possibility of advancing the time, during the procedures, but I, like everyone else, try to avoid using the mouse and open third windows -or panel- in game
So, from start to finish, I never see the fs2c panel during the flight, except for the first configuration, and I only use the mouse to launch and inizialize Fs2crew (a keyboard shorcut would be welcome☺️)
And also to advance the time ..😪

The system doesn't have an 18 minute option.

What you could just is just start the timer at 25 minutes, then fast forward it down to 18 minutes.   Only takes a few seconds.

 

Yes, just a few seconds but... much disorder

Take the mouse, open the fs2crew panel, click the arrow...😥

(I also suspect that this delay may cause some error in the actions of the F.O.)

Maybe it would be better that you take some time to solve this bug that has been for a long time and for many users, don't you believe? 😏 thanks 😉

 

Your processor may struggling depending on how much stuff you're running.

But, as a test, try turning your sliders down and see what happens.

But generally speaking, there's no way 30 minutes should result in a hour wait unless your computer has some weird issue.

There may be a few minutes variation depending on how many flows the FO runs (this depends on your FS2Crew config options).

So you can maybe expect plus or a few minutes.  It's not going to be exact.

But an extra 30 minutes, no way.
