Your shaders have been restored.

30 second version:

To delete shaders, delete C:\Users\your user account name\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Shaders.

To restore shaders, run P3D.

I still don't think you are getting my point if you exit EF after P3D correctly your shaders will be restored no need to delete shaders. 

The screenshot show what you should see when you exit EF CORRECTLY shaders restored OK.

EF not shut down and not running in P3Dv4.5 you see this, don't delete the shaders just start EF them hit the X.

EF in auto mode EGCC winter my sim is set to use PC time and date I fly in seasons.
