That happened to you just after the migration to ORBX, or nothing to do with that process?. March 11, 20206 yr Author Yes, it happen exactly after the migration. Do you know what i can do? I had one guy tell me it's my simconnect xml, but that is not the case.
March 11, 20206 yr Commercial Member Try reinstalling simconnect: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib\SimConnect.msi Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com
March 11, 20206 yr Commercial Member Another thing to try is temporarily rename \docs\simconnect.cfg and \roaming\...\simconnect.xml for a test, since an error in there can cause a simconnect problem. Steve Waite: Engineer at codelegend.com

I suspect, since it's something that happened to you after you migrate, that the migration process is still not reliable in some setups. In other cases I read that the presets are all gone. I have not migrated yet for that reason. Try to look for help at the ORBX forums. They have opened a section for third party developers like Parallel 42 in this case. Regarding the simconnect issue, I will try @SteveW suggestions, he's very competent in this regard. March 11, 20206 yr Author Ed, Thank you for your help as well. I had to reinstall a fresh copy of windows and reinstall p3d. I forgot to make a copy of my simconnect xml, so i had to create it from scratch and must've missed or mispelled something. Thanks!
