March 25, 20206 yr Hello, I'm a new RXP GTN 750 user on xp, I just get some tries with the KingAir from Airfoillabs and Citation from Carenado. Everythings work very great. this product is very well done. About enroute VNAV: I got the TOD/BOD, required fpm, etc on the GTN device, but I'm just curious how make enroute vertical guidance work? - How to couple the GTN to the aircraft HSI in order to display the vpath ; - How to couple the GTN with the a/c autopilot (if a VNAV mode is modeled). I know in real world we need Garmin stuff in order that work, but in simulation all stuff are the same, so it should be ok. Thanks for your help.

Hi, Unfortunately, there is no A/P vertical guidance nor coupling en-route in our implementation for now. In simulation world it is even more complex sometimes!
March 14, 20224 yr Howdy. I too spent a good hour or three trying to resolve the lack of VNAV in the RXP GTN. I understand the “reality factor” as VNAV only works with GARMIN autopilots IRL. Well this is not IRL, this is simulation and I see no reason (unless technically impossible? See F1 GTN750) why COUPLED VNAV is not offered as an option. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.. -B

June 17, 20223 yr Jumping in here to ask a clarifying question since I've also been trying to use VNAV on the 650. I have a RealSimGear GFC 500 autopilot box (X-Plane) and also can't get VNAV to work. So I'm guessing the answer is that VNAV does not work at all if the flight plan is entered on the RXP GTN 650? Independent of the AP used? Thanks!
