April 3, 20206 yr I own two KPHX and KSFO HQ sceneries from Flightbeam. Everything including jetways work very well in FSX Deluxe set in Windows 10 Pro. However, when I use FSX default replay for purpose of creating screenshots, jetways disappear during replays but otherwise jetways work well in normal non-replay condition. Please advise?? I'm afraid there isn't a fix, it's something we've been saddled with for quite a long time. That said, I believe there is a third party replay application that doesn't have this issue, but I've been away from FSX for so long that I can't remember if that project ever saw the light of day or what it was called. Chaseplane has a built in replay function, though I know they had some issues with it for a while - which may be resolved, I don't know. Best wishes!
