April 21, 20206 yr Hello All, I have been using Pro ATC X for long time from now without any problem, but from a month almost; it started to crash (Freeze then crash) after requesting clearance directly and ALWAYS, which means I can not fly using Pro ATC X anymore, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and no luck, it still causes the sim to crash, and the weirdest part, when P3d freezes, if I press ALT+TAB and cancel the flight from Pro ATC X, there is almost 80% chance that the sim will respond again, I have tried to search it online, but the event viewer will not show me any thing except that the event type is Apphangb1. I am using P3D V4.5, Windows 10. Please help me guys, I have nothing to do during the quarantine except for flying. Description A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows. April 21, 20206 yr Looks like you're still on 4.5 HF1? HF3 was released last week. Make sure you have installed all of the legacy Simconnect versions--RTM, SP1, and SP2/Acceleration from the redist folder in P3D. They coexist in parallel so installing different versions doesn't overwrite the others. Sometimes not having the correct Simconnect version available can cause issues with older applications. Hello W6kd, Yes, I have not installed the hotfix 3, I will install it and follow your guidance, and will let you know if this solved my problem. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
