V5: ENVTEX/ASCA/ActiveSky

@micstatic I'm at home now. Here is what I did:

1. Open JUST ASCA -> settings -> hit "Reset Simulator definitions"

This will get rid of all the paths and add on the top following Path: ASP3D + P3Dv5.

2. Start Active Sky and choose P3Dv4

3. Look in ASCA Settings you will find another new entry pointing to C:\Users\... and this will be active.

Every time you will start Active Sky, ASCA will activate that PATH that coresponds to what you have choosen to run v4 or v5.
