In FSX I could view around with mouse wheel holding pushed and moved the mouse. This works inside and outside.

I do not have that within v3.4

Do I need to setup something?

I think you can do this with chaseplane 

I move my view by holding the space bar and moving the mouse

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
