Hey guys, I know there was some fixes in SU3 regarding time not progressing with simrate so I wanted to test. Looks like you still can't pause the sim and also have the time in the sim not progress. You could do this before with sim rate adjuster, but this no longer works in SU3. When testing I noticed that if you press the ESC key and go to settings menu for example, when you go back into the sim the time has not advanced but it's actually gone backwards about 10 minutes! It varies depending how long you were out of the sim. Very annoying there is no way to actually pause time still and that the time actually goes backwards in some cases. UPDATE: the time is actually just going backwards, every couple of minutes, it jumps back 2 or so

This was my issue too. Ifly worked out of the box for me until the latest update. I contacted the support and was told it’s not supported in 2024. I felt like I was being gaslit lot

Had the same issue inbound from 6 hour flight. On descent nearing LAX I got CTD. Didn’t know what it was till now but it would have been the ini KLAX

I have three devices. 777 FMS, 737 FMC and Airbus MCDU, they have all been amazing until the latest update broke the ifly

I contacted Winwing about this and they advised the ifly max 737 is NOT supported in MSFS 2024 and they only support the default MSFS max. The recent SimApp update version .57 broke the FMC with the ifly. You can download an older version where it works but the issue is the older versions then don’t work when I use the MCDU with the Fenix

I just played around with it a bit more and I noticed the nose wheel actually doesn't turn on the takeoff, only the rudder. This would explain why its hard to steer straight on the runway and why it's sluggish to move. It does move during taxi. Is this normal behavior?

Anyone at all noticed the steering issues on the takeoff/landing roll. When it starts to speed up a bit its very slow to respond to steering inputs and wants to swerve off the runway significantly

I was using CFM. I needed a fair bit of thrust to get moving and when I idle the power, the speed slowly drops. Is that considered normal?

Does anyone find the ground steering of the Fenix quite strange. It needs a lot of power to get moving plus seems very unstable directionally when at speed on a runway. I’ve checked my brake assignments etc

There is an issue where the white nav light are not visible in the day time. Only the night. PMDG is aware and says it’s out of their hands. It’ll be fixed with SU3 apparently.

I will get verified, I'm just waiting on it, but I've heard it can take a while It's got firewall permission as well so it's not that :(

Hi, I'm having a problem with Rex essential and I'm not verified on the Rex forums yet so I thought I would checkk here. When I start Rex it does the weather download process like usual and it was working fine yesterday but today it is taking a really long time. The download process gets stuck on converting taf reports or something and it stays on it for about 15 mins then it loads the main Rex screen but with no weather data

Hi, I use Rex essentials and I load the real world weather weather manually, by clicking fly now once I've loaded the aircraft and everything and it says loading real world weather and then it comes up with a message saying "couldn't load textures (or something like that) please check they exist and try again" and then the whole screen goes sky coulour where all I can see it the cockpit, Can't use the Rex forums either because they are a blocked site on the network I use

hi, i want to improve my current fsx with payware addons. what would you guys recommend? i usually fly within australia. So far i have: - PMDG 737NGX - PMDG 777 so yeah, what sceneries weather, traffic files would you consider essential that are PAYWARE?

HELLO ALL!!!!! I run Australian AI AU traffic (freeware) and that is brilliant because it includes atc files and everything. but the skies get a bit lonely when i fly outside australia. say when im in america, there is absolutley no airport traffic so i installed each american airline individually from the World of Ai website and this all works fine and the airports are full of planes except when i go back to australia there is NO traffic. is there a way for both???? I have recently got a new computer for my birthday and it is a very powerful conputer with specs that would run FSX really great, the problem is, it has windows 8.1 on it and I use Fsx deluxe which is not compatible with windows 8, also I use PMDG 737ngx which is compatible with win8 but it requires fsx sp2 and the sp2 isn't compatible with win8. So my question is, what should I do? Do I buy Fsx standard (which is compatible with win8) or is there a way to get windows 7 on a new computer because I don't think you can by it anymore Thanks Cooper Warner

I'm still having issues with this months later if anyone has new solutions, just did a full reinstall with no afcads or anthing and still crashed on 16r
