chaseplane keys for moving the out side camera

Featured Replies

Hi. I'm trying to set up ChasePlane on a out-of-the-box Mooney Bravo.  I have the A switch working, which is for sitting in the cockpit (see picture), but I'm having trouble setting up the outside viewing (S-key). I would want put the camera press an S key to see it from the side of the aircraft, for example, and move it, not just always looking at the aircraft - or something else.

Note that I have already moved the A-key and got it working, and the S key, by default takes me to the back of the aircraft and lets me change my view (left/right, outside), but the movement is that the camera stays where it is, I can't move it.

Pease help!

Make sure you remove it from the P3D controls so they don't conflict

do you know which keys are the default ones? I would like the camera, for example to move up (not necessarily looking at the aircraft), and I have that working on 7 (NUMPAD), but it doesn't work for the down movement (which I want on the 1(NUMPAD)).

I was trying to make the changes in P3D options, but I can get it working in the controls section of the last page in ChasePlane.  I've got the down movement working, so I think I just need go through other in ChasePlane.

I've been waiting for days to get advice from other forums on this, and now it's working perfect.  I really appreciate it.

Gaz,

In addition to the advice given by Keven, I highly recommend studying the manual in much detail. It is available through the Chaseplane section on ORBX Central 4.
