Standby Com area is not clickable

Featured Replies

I've never been able to click on anything in the lower left Com area of P2A with any results. This is the case in all aircraft I have tried. In order to switch from standby to active, I have to use the plane's dashboard controls, which is no big deal to me. However, this prevents me from accessing the Com volume control, which is preventing me from balancing volume between my X ATC Chatter and P2A's voices.

Would anybody have any ideas?

Thanks!

It could be the aircraft causing this.  Try the stock Beech Baron 58.  It works well with P2A.

Be sure you are clicking with the left mouse button and not the right one.

If you left click the STBY Frequency and don't see the Coms Panel, then it could be opening under other windows or even off screen.  Check the Icon in the Windows Task Bar to see if you have multiple windows open.  If so, you can do the following:

1)    After starting Pilot2ATC, Hover over the icon on the Taskbar
2)    A larger thumbnail of the program and Coms Panel should show
3)    Right-click that larger thumbnail of the Coms Panel
4)    Select Move
5)    Hold down the Right Arrow key on the keyboard until the program comes into view
6)    If that doesn’t work, hold down the left arrow
7)    Once the window is in view, use the mouse to move it to the desired location.
😎  Shut down Pilot2ATC so the location will be remembered.
