all, i purchased FSX 3 days ago and after trying every tweak in ther book just cannot get anything close to decent frame rates on my medium end system and have neither the desire or resources at this time to upgrade my system ...soo, if anyone is looking for a FSX I will sell u my copy at a price u can't resist...I will also package it with a copy of RC4 that hasn't even been opened.....for those seriously interested contact me at [email protected]. i am going back to FS9 for the forseeable future....

Yep, this is one product that had me readinog the EULA VERY, VERY carefully before I clicked on the `install` button. Pressing that button imples full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and if you have any doubts that MS will be much more strict about their interpretation of that license, Dave has your answer directly from MS.No more selling-on.Allcott
