After I updated to 1.5a my FO doesnt set the transponder to TA/RA anymore with the before takeoff flows. I didnt have these problems with the intial release. 

Also the ''silent'' after landing checklist gets stuck after landing, It doesnt change automatically to the next phase and I still have to ''command after landing checklist'' to let the FO do the flows.

Please look at Page 20 in the manual:

The trigger for the before takeoff flow is setting the nose light to the Takeoff position.

I suspect you're not triggering the flow.

I'm not totally sure I follow, but for the the Silent After Landing checklist option, ensure the mode actually say "After Landing Checklist" when you speak it.

You still have to speak: "After Landing Checklist"... but he just basically says nothing.

I just tried it and the mode successfully changed to "Parking".

Also remember the After Landing flow is triggered by disarming the speed brake with speed less than 25 knots.

Cheers for the reply. I think I may have missed something then on my end. I thought you didn't had to say "after landing checklist" on previous versions back in v4. In this case then everything works as it should do. Back to enjoying the product. Thank you.
