i5, 16 GB ram, GTX 960, FS on SSD, Windows 10 64 bit, home built works anyway.

It's off as Defender is turned on? Does it look differently on your pc apart the language?

Defender is not a firewall. They do different things. I have both turned on.

You should be able to clic the gray boxes and turn on the firewall.
