And there is of course truth to it, especially as development has been at such a glacial pace, and must seem even slower to those only getting the occasional data dump like this one. But due to its partnerships with various military related companies, and their subsequent ongoing integration with the Outerra technology, some very interesting things are happening out there that still may come back to surprise us.....
