Can we land on the cruise ships?

Featured Replies

Hi,Can we land on the cruise ships? At least one has a helicopter pad on the front but I crash every time I try. Maybe it

The helipads do have a landing platform but, yes, it is tricky to get down in one piece.

>The helipads do have a landing platform but, yes, it is>tricky to get down in one piece.Hi,Wow! 5 pages back in about 24 hours. I thought my question was removed for some reason. Thanks for the reply.I figured it was my flying ability or lack there of. I guess I

Actually although they do have landable platforms on them, I think there is a problem on at least some cruise ships that will make a landing result in a crash. I wouldn't assume it's due to poor landings.

I was a little disspointed doing the first intermediate mission, the robie thru the gates to the battle fleet off shore. I fly helis all the time, so it was fun, but kinda bummed I couldn't land on the support ships even though they had pads. Guess it's time to stop flying and open up 3DSMax, LOLRegards, MichaelKDFW

You are a brave man, Michael. I landed on the carrier from the first, but it never occurred to me to try the same thing with the support ships. Hat's off! There should be a reward for that (Tell-FS: guys?).Best regards.Luis
