August 18, 20205 yr I bought a 1TB SSD external hard drive and installed the flight simulator on it. It's on there because when I go into Window's Explorer it shows I now have roughly 887GB left on that drive. It's on my E drive by the way. Anyway when I go into Window's Explorer though, it doesn't show much in the E drive as far as files and folders. I've attached a jpg of what's on the E drive, there's not really a lot in those folders that it shows. Where did this thing install? I purchased it from the Microsoft Store by the way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. John Snyder Jr
August 18, 20205 yr That’s exactly where the game is installed. You can’t see all the subfolders, cause you don’t have the permission. But it’s there. Hidden by MS
August 18, 20205 yr Did you already launch the game at least once? Loos like to me you just installed the launcher/core files, when you launch the game the first time it will ask you to download/install the content files (90+GB) wherever you want, that should give you a "Community" and "Official" folders.
