August 19, 20205 yr Author For people interested in purchasing this software besides the multiple problems reported by many users I would like to share with you the following. I start the process of requesting a refund and searched on their web. They made it very difficult to get to that place, I tried initially to chat with someone and had no success. After about 45 minutes I was able to get in touch with a person outsourcing from India, he spoke very well English and very helpful. He offered to help but only after 30 minutes or so he was unable to do much and asked me to log on xbox.com/refund. That address didn't work on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome or I.E where he said the billing department directed him to tell me to go on. Finally (after another 40 minutes or so) I was connected to Billing department, another outsource situation where a Chinese lady is trying the best but she's almost impossible to understand. Another 45 minutes trying to get on xbox.com/refund without any success she puts me on hold and shortly after "click" and I'm disconnected. So, if you want a buggy software and this kind of customer support go right ahead and get more aggravated.
