August 22, 20205 yr You might check your bios and make sure you PCie slot is set to 4x. It defaults to 2x. You are bacially increasing the bandwidth to your graphisc card. In the Asus Bios, its called "M.2_2 PCIe Bandwidth Configuration". This eliminated all stutters and increased my fps by 15. Warning, please do not do this if you know nothing about editing bios. On the Asus, if you go to 4x it disables sata port 5 and 6. So you might have to change sata input spots if you startup and missing a hard drive.
