August 25, 20205 yr I'm not having much success with 2020. I'm running a 4K monitor and I know that has some impact, but blimey, I fail to see why my GPU is stuck at 100% load most of the time. Trying top get smooth performance with frames above 30 is proving a trial. Settings are set at high, with many options switched off. Has anyone any idea why my GPU, especially a 1080ti, is loading out like this? August 25, 20205 yr I don't think I have seen my 1080ti above 98%. I have everything maxed out on 4K. I have only been using GA planes, however. i9-10900k * 64GB 3600MHz Ram * RTX 3090 running 3 75" 4k displays smoothly. Full 737 MAX enclosed cockpit from FDS
August 25, 20205 yr I have 1080ti with 1440p monitor, 6700k @ 4.8 HT on and 32GB RAM. I can play Ultra in many scenarios, cities need little backdown to keep smooth. My FPS are locked to 32fps and GPU usage is hovering around 60-80% usually, depending on situation, clouds etc. I definitely have no problems keeping it away from 100%. But I *have* to limit FPS in the driver, otherwise it's pegged at 100%, giving max possible FPS.
