I run with a RTX 2080Ti, i9 9900K @3.60Ghz, 32Go DDR4 2666 MHz.

You are only going to get as good ground detail as exists in the original satellite data on Bing Maps.  Some areas of the world are mapped with very detailed photography and others not so much.  Many places in China don't have hi res satellite data available.  So you're stuck with low rest satellite imagery.

So that's reassuring. I think this is the case for everyone. I just watched a video on youtube, and even with an RTX 2080Ti, it's not better graphics quality in certain places and places...
