I know how to set the target airspeed in the CRJ, but I don't see a way of activating the setting to hold that speed.  Does anyone know how to do it?

There's no way to keep speed, the CJ4 does not have auto throttle.

The only way you can use the speed is when using FLC button, allowing the plane to pitch up/down to hold a specific speed when climbing or descending, but you need to control throttle settings yourself
