Shimmering "floating texture in distance

Is there a way/setting to get rid of that shimmering/"floating" texture in the distance at the horizon? I have tryed differnt settings but no luck so far...

I'm not sure you are talking about the same thing but I can see the horizon line shimmering through mountains, for example. Don't know if it is fixable.

Yes, like the horizon, distance is "floating" sort of a shimmering effect...

have the same issue, especially when rolling... kinda turkoise shimmer at the horizon.
