been able to load the sim every time but now everytime I click on press any key to start...it just resets back to same screen again. Anyone else having this issue now?

Another Forumite solved this problem by making sure Xbox services were set to Automatic (Start > services.msc - Check for anything Xbox related)

Also I saw it somewhere can't find it atm but others users using a certain type of keyboard had this issue. Had something to do with an update they had that broke something. I will try and dig it up.

 

Still searching but so far...

 

1.fixed via windows update and/or region change

2.I fixed it! i updated to windows version 2004 and now it works!

 

on the official forums if you type  in the search function top right , press any key, you will get a long list with a few different ways to solve this issue. Good luck hope that helps

The release was a bit of a disaster for a fair few people.

I removed all X-Box related stuff from my Windows 10 install, a couple of years ago. I didn't realise I would need them just to install a Windows Game (I'm not a console lover TBH).
