You most certainly can create custom liveries for all of of the aircraft, which I believe includes the so-called Deluxe and Premium Deluxe models. You cannot of course modify any of the FDE config files for the latter of course.

Interesting, did you discover a way to add liveries for the premium models? Since the aircraft.cfg is not available to be edited or modified for these aircraft, the only way I've seen it done is to replace the default livery with one alternate livery by creating a package (or directly replacing) the default livery textures.

The SDK notes that the only way to add a livery is with the aircraft.cfg file, though it suggests this may 'evolve' in the future. The aircraft.cfg file for non-standard aircraft can neither be edited, nor replaced with a dependency package.
