I am sorry if this is not appropriate but I am at my wits end.  I have uninstalled and downloaded/installed 5 times now and no one from Microsoft has responded so I thought maybe someone here has seen/fixed this.  I purchased the premium edition through the MS Store.  I see it in my owned apps area.  I click on it to install it and it does.  It works too and I can't wait to see this thing grow.  However, I have NONE of my premium content.  The store asks me for redemption codes I have never seen.  Even more strange, the Xbox app shows that what is installed is the base package for their subscription service (which I don't have so I don't know why it's there to begin with).  So I can clearly watch the down loader fetch the B787 files for example, but they don't show up in the sim.  I am attaching some screen shots so at a bare minimum, someone can validate that I am not loosing my mind.  I also see a bunch of content from the main screen that says will be installed at next start up, however after 20 startups, nothing changes.

You're not alone ... more people have their premium content not loading. There has been a workaround but lately it happens again, and previous solutions don't work anymore.

It's discussed on the MSF forum and I'm sure Asobo will pick it up.
