Run the FS2Crew Config Manager.

Cycle the "enable/disable" button.

Thanks byork, but that button doesnt exist on the P3D4 interface v1.7, thats the main issue actually... there's only A320 and A321.   

The A319 should be auto detected and appear in the Config Manager.

When you installed the A319, did you install it to a non-standard location?

The other thing you can do is locate your panel.cfg file for the A319, open it with notepad, then manually add the FS2Crew entries to it.
