Hi guys,

I'm still getting a failure everytime I try and use the Marketplace. There doesn't appear to be anywhere to go to get support on this from Microsoft...

Can anyone help? I'm worried that really decent 3rd party software may at some point only be available through the marketplace, and I won't be able to access it.

I also have this issue and cannot find a solution.

Click to buy anything within the Marketplace and immediately i get failed to purchase.

All online functions are on and buying the premium deluxe the payment had no issues through windows 10 Store.

MS Version not steam and all languages set to UK with  additional USA language pack installed.

XBOX Beta app  test to launch the game and Marketplace still fails to buy Airports,

Sign in to your MS account. Kick off the Sim. Try your purchase via the Market. 

If you are using Steam verison you have to have have the steam overlay enabled.

Resolved thanks Chaps,

Windows 10 Settings, Gaming, XBOX Networking, Teredo blocks the NAT after several changes with command prompt and group policies as recommended it still didn't work. 

Going into Network setting and resetting my Adapter, then back to XBOX networking making sure Nat Type was open over 2 checks i was able to make in game purchased from Market place. 

Note my Version was bought from Microsoft Store and game started from XBOX beta app on windows 10 version 2004

I had this problem and I seem to have solved it. I could not  go online in the game FS2020 and also the Marketplace was greyed out, After a little research I got nowhere so I went in the game and played with settings and I found that if you got to the General section In the game where you set your graphics, at the bottom is F12 reset to defaults so i tried that and   everything came back online and Marketplace was available and so were all the servers  I hope this helps you

for me it just says pending.. the nothing more... retarded, piriod!

"pending" sounds like the Steam Overlay issue. That fixed it for me.
